2011 Schedule & KRC News
General meetings are the first Tuesday of every month at 7 P.M. Come take part in the running the club. This is your club, if you want a say come to the meetings.
April- 5th & 12th Stuffing Easter Eggs at club house. 7 P.M.
April- 9th Clean up day at arena.
April- 10th Open playday Creek County Fairgrounds. 1 P.M.
April- 16th Easter Egg Hunt 11:00 A.M. petting zoo & pony rides; 1:00 P.M. Egg hunt. .50 cent Hot dogs, chips & pop. (We need help at the Easter Egg Hunt, bring small petting zoo animals, pony’s for pony rides & help in the concession. We will also need donations of candy & eggs for the hunt.
May- 4,11,18- Point Night 7 P.M. Lead Liners will run all 3 events at the front. Pawhuska Tryout’s.
May- 5,12,19,26 Team Penning: 7:00 P.M. After these dates we’ll see if we will continue based on attendance.
May- 14th OCA Barrel race: 10:00 A.M. exhibitions 12:00 P.M. Jackpot.
June- 1,8,15,22,29 Point Night 7:00 P.M.
June-10th & 11th. Heritage Days Rodeo 8:00 P.M. Royalty contest winner based on ticket sales. Princess 9-15 years old; Sweetheart 8 & under, Escort 15 & under.
June- 11th Heritage Days Parade: Time to be announced.
July- 6th Point Night 7:00 P.M. (If rained out we will continue until all 10 nights are done.)
July- 18th - 24th Pawhuska Cavalcade (Tryouts the first 3 point nights.)
Aug- 7th Royalty contest at arena: 1:00 P.M.
Aug- 19th & 20th Kellyville Rodeo: 8:00 P.M.
Sept- 11th Open playday KRC arena 1:00 P.M.
Oct- 16th OCA Barrel race 2:00 P.M. Exhibition 4:00 P.M. Jackpot.
Oct- 23rd 2:00 P.M. Awards banquet, Creek County Fairgrounds. Bring 2 covered dishes & 1 dessert per family. KRC will furnish the meat & drinks.
Dec- 6th 7:00 P.M. Meeting & Election of officers: MUST attend 4 meetings during this year to be able to vote at the meeting. Attendance will be kept at each meeting.
Other events will be announced as they are booked.
